The down-home West Virginia persona that Bill Withers repped on his album covers and embodied in his music couldn’t have been further removed from the baroque psychedelic constructions of fellow Sussex act Creative Source. Nonetheless, Creative Source, or perhaps more properly, their producer Mike Stokes, successfully stretched the protean stomp of Withers’s “Who Is He” into a flute-laden dance opus with a run time that might have made Isaac
